About Nora

Nora brings invaluable knowledge to our brokerage as both an experienced and respected broker, and a member of the Delaware Real Estate Commission.  Her role in this position is to offer guidance for our agents navigating unfamiliar territory while reinforcing the values of NextHome Tomorrow Realty.

Nora is one of eight children born and raised on Long Island New York, daughter of the Honorable Bernard McCaffrey, a retired New York State Supreme Court Judge, and the late Anne McCaffrey, a registered nurse.  Nora lives in Milton, is married to Frank Martin, and is the proud mother of daughter ErinAnn Beebe, REALTOR with NextHome Tomorrow Realty, and son Ryan, a special education teacher at Milford Academy.  Nora is active in the community, a former member of the Cape Henlopen School Board, and past director of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS.  Nora is currently the professional member from Sussex County for the Delaware Real Estate Commission, appointed by Governor John Carney.

A caregiver by nature, Nora is also registered nurse.  She enjoys helping others, gardening, raising Monarch Butterflies, and spending time with family and her Newfoundland dogs Hero and Nana.
